Where: Prairieland Park, Hall B
What to wear: We have always said “Business Casual”, but we want you to feel comfortable, so wear what you want. Some dress up and some dress down. Check out some of our past pictures in our “Past Events” link to give you a better idea what others wear.
Late Lunch: We have always said our event feels like a small-town wedding in the big city. And what do people love about weddings? A late (or midnight) lunch! We will bring out the lunch around 10:45, so please eat before you come.
If you have any other questions, please contact Travis at email@example.com.
LOWS IN MOTION: NOT YOUR AVERAGE FUNDRAISER.
…it’s a unique and energetic “Shaker” – pun intended. Our annual event provides a fun opportunity for our community to unite in the fight against Parkinson’s disease, with all funds raised going directly to Parkinson Canada – Saskatchewan. We pride ourselves on delivering an event chock full of entertainment and activities suitable for all ages. Now in our 8th year, Lows in Motion has raised over $450,000 to assist those affected by Parkinson’s disease. We have you to thank for these remarkable achievements.
NEW TO LOWS IN MOTION?
NOT SURE WHAT TO EXPECT?
Picture this: As the hall doors at Saskatoon’s Prairieland Park swing open, you’re met with smiling faces, sophisticated decor, and soft, soothing music brought to you by one of the city’s top jazz aficionados, Maurice Drouin.
As you head to your table, you are greeted by old friends you never dreamed of running into and everyone is excited for a night full of entertainment. You make a quick pit-stop at the bar for a bottle of wine, served to you by smiling Prairieland staff, before taking your seat and settling in for an evening to remember.
Soon you will be roaring in laughter with our headline comedian Dan Naturman, who will set the tone for a lively evening of entertainment. As you refill your glass and snack on a late lunch, our professional auctioneer will open the floor for bids on exotic holidays, sports memorabilia, and more. After you’ve made some memories in the Lows in Motion live photo booth, you take to the dance floor with Nokyo to round a successful evening celebrating with friends old and new.
This “Shaker” is all about having fun and raising funds in the name of Parkinson’s disease. Your attendance matters and we promise you another fun-filled event this November!
